Women’s circles have been around for thousands of years, women getting together and supporting each other. Each women’s circle is unique, depending on who facilitates it, no two are ever alike.
This women’s circle is a Sacred space created specially for women to gather, to find their answers and support, to live their best life. There is an intention for each meeting. Here each woman can also bring their own intention to the gathering.
An intention is what you want to get out of this gathering.
These gatherings have a certain flow…the Welcome, the energy clearing, the Itinerary and intention for the gathering, a guided meditation, sharing prompts, journaling, closing the space, discussion.
It is always a good idea to bring a journal with you to do the exercises in and to write down any insights that come up for you.
